Discussion: MTB

I don't understand how they think MTB tracks are a great asset to an area while at the same time thinking orienteering does terrible environmental damage. I would have thought it was the other way around.

Exactly! We have a problem with the MTB club with members and friends who are working in the council. I doubt whether conflicts have been declared. Also very concerned they tell us they've been consulting 'constantly' with DELWP, but the regional manager hasn't heard a whisper....also the council CEO hadn't heard of the proposal, despite it having been open for public 'consultation' .... issues of proper process!
