It is very exciting that we have such a large group of juniors in the Mid-Atlantic applying for the team.
In my opinion, having you as a leader for the Mid-Atlantic has played a large role in developing local juniors. As much as Allison wouldn't like me telling you that. She's pretty awesome too ;)
