My friends in Quebec City say that it is the most underrated Canadian outdoors city. But when it is cold, it is brutally cold.

I very firmly believe that Quebec City has the potential to be one of (if not the) best cities IN Canada for orienteering. so much terrain everywhere both sprint and forest and so accessible.
