Pretty sure you house is somewhere on yesterday's SSS map?
Btw, totally agree - fast tempo runs are great sessions. I'd recommend going from 5k to 10k though.
Or follow Ondrej's lead and do you tempo runs at the same speed, but for 25 km as a commute!
I collect Tom from gymnastics on Wednesdays, so no SS.
2 orienteering events in a week with my home on the map. It's like being back in Stockholm.
