A few of us more mature ladies are thinking of W-whatever-coincides-with-M50 as that might be a fun competition. Best stick to Men's open Graeme, its safer that way.

Worst ranking points in well over a year was at Dunblane urban, were I ran my legs off and made no mistakes. Mrs Ward ran 5.2k in 37 mins and got 1232 points, Mr Ward ran 5.9k in about 43 mins (a leg was taken out for a misplaced control) and got 1294 points. Meh!
