...is for wimps - the clubs complain if its anything more that a *slightly* soft playing field... Think this sounds more like a Gwent Leisure Centre League - just with actual good runners.

Dare I say, you might have thought the standard of opposition was less high, relative to yourself, if you hadn't done two runs beforehand? ;-)

Meh, you're probably right, but it's better training this way.like a really tough interval session with massive recoveries!
