All of us could probably use a lot more hinking in our training. I've been neglecting it.
Pretty sure that if I do any hinking I'll end up injuring myself.
Back when I was in my 20s I did some hinking without getting injured.
Why is there even a word for this?
I guess I'm getting old.

Definitely also referring to the Norwegian meaning of hinking. I used to incorporate it into my training, especially in the winter, but not recently. I'm sure I've also incorporated the Urban Dictionary version of hinking in my training, though I believe it has doubtful efficacy in terms of advancing fitness or personal relations.
The great thing about being an engineer is that you legitimately claim to know nothing about this shit when you do it by accident.
