I think that all of the time, and not doing nearly as much as you!
There are several things that make it worthwhile. When I have a good partner, or partners, then it feels easy and fun instead of hard and scary. When I have good interactions with kids and see them having fun, it is rewarding. When we make big steps forward like going to IS Champs, *winning* IS Champs, or getting the teams going, that feels good. And it's also pretty cool when you ask who has orienteered before and several kids raise their hands.
It's hard when I feel that I'm carrying it on my own. I feel anxiety when I'm not sure how things are going to turn out.
Wine, cheese and movies is a normal life??
Being involved in sports - organizing or competing - is a normal life for me. I do still get some time to watch the occasional movie and eat cheese...
You´re doing great and the reward you get from happy kids is certainly the best of reasons to keep on :)
