I trust you don't stay in Fort Mac as there are really nice running trails in town. I think even an O map of some.

What sort of shape is the place in these days?

Shape as in fire recovery, total area mined, area reclaimed or all of the above?

We are about to submit a paper that demonstrates that over half the carbon (several thousands of years worth of accumulation) was lost in a drained peatland in last year's wildfire (many areas of the drained section saw complete combustion of the peat).

International investment into the oil sands has very much slowed due to market access issues and timelines for return on investments given the price of oil.
