One step is documenting it, as Ethan is doing.
We want to publish our materials.
We can give advice to other clubs.
Maybe a talk at the convention in Rochester this fall.

I went from your log to Ian's where he says the convention will be at the QOC meet in Nov.

Let me know what to post on the website. And then make sure to advertise the change, because I'm sure anyone interested at this point thinks it'll be in September.

Hi, Janet - I'll send you materials asap for the convention. Hopefully not too many people have September in their calendars, as I haven't done any advertising apart from the initial discussion on the boardnet e-mail list about the possibility.
