It says its JD based but JD gives a value of 43 for that time. So give yourself a raise. And it says the pace for the 5k is 7:19, and the mile race pace associated w that time is....7:19. Like you can't go any faster than your 5k pace? Little do they know. Maybe fitting, sounds like a crazy race, sometimes those are the best kind.

AP VDOT calculation is based on the measured distance of 4.84km, not 5k, hence it's a little lower.

No mile markers, dark course where you cant see your watch, worried about tripping near the start, probably about my bed time starting the race, no finish race clock, all adds up to more of a recreational run/tempo workout then able to shoot for as PR, if that's the goal.
