No parking police when we started from there at 7:30 (I actually parked up by 84 and ran to Valley Falls). Come to think of it, no one there when we came back through either which must have been around 9:20. We ran up over Box and around Risley before coming back down into Freja park, but that was probably an hour or more before you were there...

Also usually plenty of parking at the Bolton Notch parking area right on the trail.

Oh yeah, I just missed you guys by an hour or so. Yeah, I wanted to get to the Bolton Notch parking area but I drove by it too quickly and then happened upon Freja park.
