It's interesting to hear a bit of her thought process as she goes through it. It's a nice demonstration both of how good the best are but also that they are human.
I don't remember seeing a combination of tracking and commentary like that before. It works really well.

I hadn't seen that sort of mix of audio and GPS tracking before. It seems so obvious, but it is new to me.
Windows 10 has a simple built-in screen recorder. It would be easy to record some narration while screen recording a route on 3d Rerun and then upload the result to youtube. Like this:
