Hey folks! Just a reminder that you should sign up for O-Fest 150 by this Sunday, July 2, before the registration fee goes up! O-Fest 150 is the Canadian Champs, the Eastern Canadian Champs and Ottawa O-Fest, all combined into one big festival. Visit Montreal and Ottawa during Canada's 150 anniversary celebrations and be part of Orienteering Canada's 50th anniversary celebrations! Try out the Red, Blue or Yellow Course from Canada's first championships in 1968 in Gatineau Park. Visit coc2017.ca to see everything that is happening. And sign up by Sunday!

One more -- the COC Middle and Long (days 8 and 9) have the same RWT (look to be proper for the Long but not the Middle) in the charts.

Ah, sprints look better. I was a little disappointed to only be getting 1.5 km!

Middle RWT is now corrected also. Sorry for the errors folks. Apparently a bit more proofreading of the website updates would not go amiss!!

7 hours left to register for O-Fest 150 and the Canadian Orienteering Championships. We're currently at 397 competitors. Any guesses on how many will we have by midnight?
