nice one, always hard to beat the Finns on home terrain - they know all the little tricks of finding the correct line etc. Plenty of rest and recuperation before next weekend and then really focus on technical, the running will take care of itself!

Being fresh for Jukola should be easily done given my situation.. think the biggest challenge in the next few days might be staying away from viruses
