Well usually I do enjoy the annual weekend of late-night hockey fights with random Vancouver bros who know nothing about baseball, but sadly I'm going to miss it this year. I'll be in Canada, actually.

Wait, I forgot Pax is from BC, so he's as close to home as he's going to get.

Was a Jays draft choice, wisely for him he didn't get fooled by nationalism and went back into the draft.

Interesting, didn't even know he was Canadian.

Michael Saunders is also a BC guy, Victoria if I recall. He was my favorite player when he was with the M's.

Isn't Pax's nickname The Big Maple? He's been great this year. Michael Saunders on the other hand, his deadline trade value is rather low.
