That mile time is very respectable. Specific training would bring that time down heaps. Depends whether the mile/1500 is your best distance - is it? Or is it 3k/5k; or maybe 800m?

Definitely more of a 10k-half guy I think O-ing. On the vdot scales I seem to perform better in those races. But It's hard to know when your training is aimed at longer stuff.

Agreed - your training is a mix but certainly favours 10k/O. You seem to go well at the interval training though, which makes me think a bit more of that and you could be looking at a sub-9 minute 3km - good speed for Sprint-O if you are still up for it after Monday.
