Really good analysis - I was reading this earlier to see if my routes were what most of the women were taking. Some were the same and for the others I was taking the 2nd best option... most of the time :P

It looks like a tricky course - there were a couple I couldn't get right even sitting in front of a computer at work, like 6-7 and 12-13.

That was a very nicely designed sprint course. Sure there was a few artificial barriers added but it was done in a way that it was clear ahead of time (ie. OOB symbol instead of a small wall/fence symbol. Watching the coverage brought back some memories as I ran O-Ringen in Orebro in 1979.

The World Cup sprint final last week was a very nice course. Great to see good courses without super dodgy traps.

So will there ever be a high profile urban O relay (ie the urban version of Tio-mila?).
