What time did you check? We had a bit of a storm pass through in the mid afternoon that cooled things off. It was warmer (and humid) in the morning when I went for a slow run.

About 5ish (6ish your time.) So a little unfair since you had 1 hour of cooling anyway. It did occur to me that a good way to explain the cooler Lawrence temps would be a thunderstorm, and in contrast this was the warmest day of the year so far here, with nearly full sun and little breeze all day.
