Glad to hear the knee pain from Wednesday cleared up! Any idea what the cause was? I sometimes find stretching muscles I didn't realize were tight can alleviate aberrant joint pain, e.g. quads for knees.
I've been a bit incommunicado, but we should coordinate a run - maybe Wednesday morning?
Surgeon said I most likely have to deal with sporadic knee pain/issues for the rest of my life...
With that said, I should be more diligent with stretching.
I should also revisit the slate of exercises I was given while recovering from surgery.
Most of my runs are time sensitive, so I tend to bolt out the door and just get at it.
Bottom line:
I'm not too good at taking care of my body, and as I age I'm paying for it. No excuse.
