  2. Date(s)
  3. Your contact info
  4. Description of activity
  5. Audience: number of people, approximate ages
  6. Local media outlets (ideally hyperlink to submission instructions): print, websites, TV, radio, email lists
  7. Names and roles of others willing to be interviewed, or provide quotes.

Here is a form for people to fill out about their WOD event, instead of posting here, if you prefer. The goal, as with our team athlete press releases, is to raise awareness and interest via articles, leading to more people trying orienteering at their local club.
