Are we going to see you at some of the Wednesday night park races? Only five left, and every race start is more experience for WOC... speaking of which, congrats on the senior team sprint spot!

Let me know if you need help with rides etc for the park races. The community can help :)

Thanks Alex! I wish I could make it, but I'm back in Seattle now until I leave in June, so all of my training will be here.

Hmmm...maybe worth enlisting Pink Socks for some personalized sprint maps, since he seems to be Cascade's sprint map / course design guru? Regular repetition is great, even if it's on your closest, most familiar map, Jon ended up setting weekly sprints on a map of our neighborhood for Hannah last year when she was selected (she doesn't like sprinting as much as the other disciplines) and it helped all of us...she had her best WOC sprint, and all 3 Campbells' best races in NZ were sprints, which is not a strength for any of us.

Congrats!

That is SO awesome! I'm actually really inspired by sprints, if we were anywhere near (in Australia at the moment) I'd consider figuring out how to give you some company. With the Culbergs, we had a start list designed to give Hannah someone to chase (me, sometimes Anna) and someone to chase her (Kevin, Jon)...that was also surprisingly effective. I got lost in my own neighborhood...

Have fun! I am really excited for you and Julia and proud of the way you're stepping up to tackle WOC. Woo!
