Nice one Sprotty - reckon with focussed training you could probably break 75, but focussing on XC races through the winter would benefit your Oing more than running long road races. I am sure your planning to do lots of those?
Yep. Three SYXC league meetings, Yorkshires, Northerns and Nationals are all in the plan. Plus a couple of 10k road races.
