Discussion: W40

Would be pretty competitive if you all admitted your age. Helen, Kim, Abi plus you and Sarah would maybe make it feel like a real race.

This would make W40 more competitive, but I'm coming round to the idea that if you can possibly survive the distance, elite might be the way to go. I think you just get a bit of a 2nd class course if you don't run elite - you don't get to the better parts of the forest and the planning today seemed a bit half-hearted. Maybe you just have to award W40 prizes to the best W40s on W21e, and then we all feel competitive again, and we get to run on a well planned WRE course that uses the best bits of an area.
