Nicely negative splits in a very sprightly piece. Congrats on maintaining your form, whilst touring the capitals of hedonism in Italy and California! Now that the March Challenge is over, I'm going to scale back rowing a bit, in favor of running and golf. :-)

Well, I can't scale back too far! Thanks for your encouragement. I am hoping to get a bit of dry pavement to get on my bike. I would like to put in some miles before our upcoming tour in Greece in 6 weeks. A little setback today as we got a bunch of sleet topped off by 1" plus of really wet snow.
