I think my route was good, for me. I lost less time than I did on the return leg to 23 - I'm just always going to lose time going up hills.
I reckon I lost 20 seconds or so leaving 3 - most others seem to have gone straight down the hill but I just saw a wall of brambles so diverted round the dark green.
