Regardless of the impracticality, the question that makes the fruit thing seem like a gimmick is: How is not eating *vegetables* beneficial?
I guess if you listen to his interviews he says he eats mostly fruits. And after eating 15 oranges for breakfast a lettuce and tomato salad for example would be just lost as rounding error by volume or by calorie count :)
I am with you all those fruit, or keto or high carb only folks are some genetic freaks that happen to have those digestive enzymes that make them super duper (or trained their stomachs for years to achieve this)
If a normal person does this they will start gaining weight or get sick, or both.
