I've asked the experts for an alternative, Mike (no reply yet).

Thanks for the heads up, Todd. I've flushed the Captcha cache, which has worked before to get rid of the error. If the form still doesn't work, you can contact me via the Contact information posted on the OUSA website (or in my profile); if I can't answer your question I usually know where to direct it.
