I could never get pool running to feel right for me either! I always felt like I was moving my legs as fast as I could but it was never hard enough haha.

How much longer are you meant to have off running? Another week?

I've found the deep end of the kids pool at Merewether baths to be awesome for aquajogging. It comes up to chest level from memory and it's a kinda sandy bottom which allows a bit of purchase.

Maybe try using your whole body more, like pumping your arms as well as your legs and that should make it feel harder. Or without the belt ;) Also your HR will never be as high in the pool cos of the water pressure.. Hope u can run again soon!

Yea Josh said the same too! Fast legs has never been my forte haha. I think i'd like it for a long session but I don't know how enjoyable that'd be... I tried to make sure I was using my arms and they were hurting, but they are very weak and it it doesn't take alot for them to hurt so maybe that's it!
And not entirely sure Bun, I think the idea is that I keep of it until it's not giving me any pain anymore, but it seems to take a while. I'll be in Tassie next weekend though! Probably going to struggle big time but it'll still make me happy haha.
