I hope you've not scuppered your recovery from illness - if it is a chest infection (proper one), you may find it bites back harder.
I hope not, as I'm hoping you've learned your lesson - as you state.
BTW if you get away with it at 30, don't assume you will continue to get away with it at 40, 45, 50 ..... :)
