Its been a while since you had a very good stint of training. its going to take time to build back your strength. Remember the goal is July so if times are slower now that's fine. Maybe 6:20-6:10 mile pace for intervals would be good to start at and 92-95 for 400m
Make sure to have snacks with you during the day so you get enough food.
