You always forget about
The Silence right after experiencing it though.
I don't watch Dr Who.
They seem a *little* like the Auditors though:

Terry Pratchett's Auditors were the inspiration behind my chosen career path. *sigh* I need to read more TP.
TT - and yet you signed up for potential chaos by associating with tRicky?
tt - No Silence of the Lambs. I don't do horror/suspense. But sometimes when I am running along a peaceful valley a specific Simon & Garfunkel song may come into my head :)
Hello darkness my old friend. - my theme song currently. Back to hospital visits.
When things are going along nicely in my life I can read horror/grim. Currently reading Grass Roots (at clinic) and Harry Potter at home. Says it all really.
Bugger - I had presumed that getting your Wednesdays back wasn't good :(
Harry Potter Horror... now that is a cool idea!!
Reading even normal Harry Potter at bedtime gives me weird dreams.
BTW, does anyone else's spouse/significant other watch Married at First Sight, or have I got a special one?
According to the ratings 1.5 million people watch it, although I suspect only a fraction of those would admit it in public.
Tash convinced me to watch an 'encore' episode after she sent me an entertainment news writeup about one of the bride's mother. I lasted about five minutes.
Jenny, perhaps you just 'forgot' that you watch Doctor Who.
I occasionally wander into the lounge while it's on, mutter something about the ham acting, and wander out again...
(The entertainment writer's digest descriptions of MAFS are actually pretty hilarious.)
The worst example of "reality" ham acting is the commercial for Googlebox (I don't watch the program) where the guy says 'I can't believe someone gets paid to produce this stuff'. Hmm, yeah, how does Strugglebox exist again?
