One issue I found is that I went to unlock the Piara Waters course when the weekly email came out only to find they weren't released until 2pm!

Piara map is very small to read. On the website version you can see individual houses on the map but not on the printed version. If there was some way to blow it up that'd be good (course only utilises about a quarter of the page so plenty of room).

The course has me stumped as to optimal route choice though! Looks like a good area to run.

yes I have noticed this on a few maps - the best thing to do is just to crop the picture to the size you want and then print it at 100% zoom. or print on a3.

I have found cropping my last two maps has made the streets and text much much more readable. Sadly the real fix for this will probably have to wait until I get better developers who properly understand what I am talking about as the current ones really dont get the more subtle things like this.

Glad too see it has you stumped :)

I don't have an A3 printer or access to one. I did try and zoom the picture in the Windows Photo Gallery but couldn't figure out how to crop it :-( I am not really technologically capable (don't hire me as one of your developers).

hahah no all good - and its one of the things our site needs to get better at.

so to crop the image using no special tools -
1) right click image file,
2) press edit. (ms paint should load).
3) zoom image out so you can see entire area,
4) use selection tool to select area you want to keep
5) press crop button
6) save new image

Thanks, I should probably download the map rather than printing it directly from the site as I've been doing.
