The 56k runners ran along the wall both ways.

I checked Strava records from 2011 - 2016, 28 k runners use the wall as well

This is the first time I've run around the back of the dam. Still trying to work out the distances, but how did you get 29.8km?

Using my phone, as watch is dead. GPS on phone no where as good as watch

Less than 600 around the dam, and less than 200 over the wall, so about 400m longer than other years

Seems that a prankster changed the course markings. It was fixed by the time the 56km runners got there.
