What kind of temperatures and weather would be usual for the area on November 20? Thanks.

Well, it's Kansas City, so it could be anything (most variable weather of any major US city). Looks like the average high will be around 50F, average low around 35F, and the 90% range is 20F to 70F.

My birthday is November 20, and anecdotally, I remember from growing up in KC that the weather would usually be quite nice fall weather until about a week before my birthday, and then it would start getting yucky. I would always hope for nice weather on my birthday, but it usually wouldn't make it. For what it's worth, I remember a freak snowstorm in October one year.
