Ha ha,
I just read your blog about the Skyline.
I too used to think of the Pentlands as mine , though I didn't realise how much so until you broke my record.
The weekend afterwards we drove down the 702 and as we passed the Carnethy start field I looked up at the hills and was suddenly and quite suprisingly overcome with a real sense of loss and sadness.
These things are who we are.
