So are all of these and any other prescribed activities to be done symmetrically or are any of them to done only on one side on the theory that the side you haven't been favouring is already strong? And what are the implications for cross training activities like elliptical, cycling, DWR, etc?
I am doing them on both sides, but with the side planks, I am supposed to do more reps on the weak side.
Elliptical, cycling, and DWR are still good - it's the impact during running that I need to avoid. Walking is fine too, so I am picturing a few Brown courses with Barnacle in tow at QOC events this fall.
