I'm looking for someone to shadow Samantha on the white course on Saturday. Her start is at 12:31, though I guess that could be moved if it helps.

Let me know if you are interested, could be coerced, or know someone who might be.

How fast does she go? In other words, can an older person that walks keep up?

Ah, good question. I think running would be required. She seems to average around 11-12 min/km which ends up being a mix of standing still and running 6-8 min/km on the trails.
