One of the items on the agenda of the AGM is to “approve the minutes of last year’s AGM”. You can look at the minutes (and previous years) and if you have questions, it would be nice to have them in advance so that answers can be made quickly at this year’s AGM. The minutes are shown and then the slide presentation of the topics discussed follows.
