Ross, You should recognize that landscape. Marie's farm is on Irish Settlement, across from Hammond Hill.

I was surprised to learn she signed a lease. And it's not true that everyone else in the area did. We thought long and hard about it and eventually didn't. And it was a lot of money to turn down. If we'd known the town was going to forbid it we could have taken the money!

Also interesting to watch the (then) town supervisor not participating in the pledge.
