Here's an idea I hope better late than never.
On Saturday September 10th people across Canada are being asked to grab their cameras and film their activities on that day and submit the results to folks who will compile a montage of things Canadians will be doing on that day.
It is a refreshing of an old idea. Here is their facebook page
So lets all try to do some orienteering and submit those pictures and films to the project. Create the impression that a lot of people are grabbing maps and compasses and enjoying the great outdoors or even a neighbourhood park.
Pass the word. Make it a nationwide orienteering flash mob.
