20 air squats, hold half squat for 60seconds, 100m hill sprint.
Repeat.
20 normal squats, 20 pulses, 20 squat high kicks, 20 x 2 low 2 high squats, 20 squat star jumps. 20 normal lunges, 20 x lunge high kick (1 set each leg) 20 wide lunges, 20 side lunges. No rest..... Die.... Move onto press ups.
