Congrats Marcus. I called by Storey Arms after you'd left and heard the news.

Were the condtitions tougher than last year as reflected by the time being slower by a few minutes? What were the water crossings like?

I found the rivers fine, need deep off Fan Nedd and jumper them off Fan Llia. Wind was tough but ground not as soft as last year, but probably a bit slower. Hope that you're back running soon - doesn't look like a nice weekend for the the race in Ireland.

Impressive pace for a course with so much climb!
