I ran state sprint champs a while back coming off a gastro bug. Lack of power was offset by being several kg lighter than normal ;) and I managed (just) ti fit my run between two toulet visits, so t'was all good...

Can't say the same about the Bibra Lake Metro that Shotrat held a few years back. I was a non-starter after paying for entry and had several toilet trips whilst people were out on course.
