Geez Blair, you'd have to keep your head well down in that part of the world.
Not if you're the drought-historian Blair (as opposed to the temperature data set Blair) - the locals will talk to that one until the cows come home.
Sheep come home, you mean...?
The sheep are already there... pay attention!!
So they will talk for 3 months about drought?
As I discovered at the pub tonight, Canberra Raiders supporter Blair is also welcome company for the locals. (The Raiders seem to be reasonably popular in Queensland - a feeling that, at least in my time, was reciprocated in Canberra at Origin time - probably a legacy of a number of Queensland legends playing for them in the late 1980s and 1990s).
Carolyn - that's what I meant; cows can't come home if they aren't there yet :)
(But now I think of it, neither sheep nor beef cattle come home each night for milking.)
