Damn, this is going to motivate me to finally get out and do the run I've been meaning to do for the past three days. I'll probably just go at a 'recovery' pace though (i.e. 4:45min/km).
Seem's like you're normally in a state of over-training from your obscenely heavy load and that the 2 months off has freshened you up nicely. Ease up, train properly, and who knows, you could be like tRicky too one day.
That's an incentive not to train!
