Finding the right speed that is.
I had my best-ever run, in terms of flow, at Kloofendal yesterday. Due in large part due to my lack of fitness which forced me to go slower....

Is it my imagination (or bad memory), but didn't everyone have relatively better runs in this area when we first used the map for SA Champ versus this past weekend? Is it really just everyone having a bad start / day or is the map more outdated in respect to the vegetation, resulting in everyone taking longer to get 'into' the map?

Indeed, the magic happens when you find the balance. It's always funny when being unfit leads to a better result.

Tim and Roark seemed to have much better runs there last time. It's hard to believe it gets much worse than my run on Sunday but I had a worse run there in 2014 (4.6km in 1h01). I do think the vegetation needs updating so we were forced to use the contours more.
