Really? Just do a marathon off of no training and with a bum leg? no wonder you're injured! :-)
Haha, I've done a little bit of training that's gotta count somewhere! Leg has been amazingly goot, as u can see. I had to walk about the last 5, tripped and fell 2x in miles 20-21 , and both calves were very angry/ crampy after that, faceplants seem to mess, up equilibrium . I was at 12 miles in just over 2 hrs. The last 3.5 miles there is just evil, unrelenting up and steep down, is tough to run on.
