Ted told me last night of your AP comments about the green. I ran (a loose description) the permanent course on Sunday, checking control existence and gps coordinates after I had run Course 1. There had been quite a lot of the pale green on the permanent course map replaced by white in the area around control 9. I'm inclined to put all the green back. The permanent course showed the area as pale green with a thin tract of white running down the slope to the orange clearing. It didn't show the two higher clearings which had been added for Sunday's map. That's what I saw as I followed the fall line down the slope.
Down in the southwest corner of the map what had been white was changed to undergrowth:walk hatching.I moved downhill through it at a slow jog. However it would have been a walk climbing up the slope.
