I'm really happy with how I did and it was a fun alternative to standard orienteering as there were several different approaches used to describe controls.

I was hoping to do this event but am a little too injured (and therefore also out of shape). I'm glad it went well!

It was well planned with lots of options to cut down the overall distance. There was one major ascent to the top of the ridge with most of the controls up there in the mining areas and one major decent with about 10 more controls along the stream. I appreciated the flatness of the last few km.

I will definitely consider doing this again if they repeat it.

Thanks, and it was nice running into you on the green course at Norristown. Had a chance to chat with Brent a bit an he directed me to Caltopo (which I remembered) :)
